Delivery Information

All orders qualify for free delivery to a UK address.

Once you place your order we will pack and dispatch your order within 24 hours and use a 48 hour tracked delivery service. We will send you a tracking number by email which you can track using the courier website. Please note, orders may take longer to non Uk mainland addresses.

All packages will need to be signed for but might be left with a neighbour if you are not in. Please note, our seat covers are either sent in a secure plastic bag or a box.

We aim to dispatch within 24 hours after receiving successful payment. Please note this process could take up to 3 working days at busy times, e.g Christmas (November/December) and Bank Holidays

Returns

We want you to be happy with everything you buy from My Seat Cover. If you are not satisfied with your purchase please notify us within 30 days from the day you receive your goods by contacting us via email or telephone. We will exchange or refund any unused items, provided it is returned in an unused condition and in its original undamaged packaging.

We will only provide a return label if the item has been delivered damaged, defected or the item does not fit your vehicle as advertised. The customers responsibility is to drop the item of at the local drop off point depending which couriers return label has been provided.

Once the item has been received the refund will be put back into the original payment method that was used. This refund will be completed within 7 days of receipt of the goods.
